Drag performers from around the globe explore the current state of drag and what performers truly need not just to survive, but to thrive in a rapidly changing cultural, digital and political landscape. The retreat shines a light on drag—its artistry, activism and visibility as a driving force within gayborhoods around the globe.

The retreat workshops, panels and round table discussions are led by drag performers, for drag performers—creating space for peer-driven knowledge sharing around sustainability, global touring, digital platforms, brand partnerships, creative ownership and long-term success. These conversations are real, transparent and solutions-oriented, strengthening the global drag ecosystem.

The retreat is enriched by Thailand’s cultural and drag vibrancy. From drag shows and backstage moments to immersive cultural experiences, the retreat celebrates Thailand’s dynamic LGBTQ+ community and rich drag heritage, as performers share their stories, styles and traditions. At its heart, the retreat is a space for drag performers to feel seen, supported and inspired while exploring how we sustain and elevate drag art across borders.

Through thoughtfully curated cultural experiences, shared meals, drag shows and meaningful connections, attendees build lasting relationships with fellow performers from around the world, forming a chosen family rooted in drag and queer joy.
The retreat culminates in the Bangkok Pride, the biggest Pride festival in Thailand and Southeast Asia—drawing in hundreds of thousands of participants. The retreat creates a convergence of art, culture, friendship and community.
