As the market—and the world—continues to shift Drag in Demand believes the era of exclusivity agreements is coming to an end. Drag in Demand is a platform that equips clients with the talent, experiences and resources to authentically engage the LGBTQ+ community and allies, while providing talent with the tools, visibility and support they need to grow their brands—while we do what we do best: advocate for talent on the front lines of visibility.
We proudly welcome not only talent but Drag in Demand agents who are members of the LGBTQ+ and drag community. Our agents bring firsthand experience as drag performers themselves, channeling their passion and insight into every booking along side the talent.
By uniting Drag in Demand under The Gaybors Group—alongside Comedians in Demand and Music in Demand—we’re creating a streamlined way for clients to work with every corner of the gayborhood while building a connected economy for artists, creators and performers—one that ensures the dollar stays where it belongs: in the gayborhood.

We ask thoughtful questions, expect accountability and are prepared to decline opportunities when a brand’s actions or values do not align with our own or with the communities we serve.
Our commitment extends beyond partnership decisions. We actively invest in the gayborhoods and communities we are part of, contributing to their sustainability and growth with our Gaybors Fund. We also encourage others—especially those who have long benefited from LGBTQ+ consumers—to take meaningful steps toward reinvestment and genuine support.
For us, this is not performative. It is a reflection of who we are, what we value and the kind of impact we choose to make.

Known for bringing glamour, wit, and a deep sense of authenticity to every performance, Disco Dollie embodies the power of drag as both an art form and a movement.
Beyond the stage, Disco Dollie brings a strong professional background in marketing, social media management, and nightlife leadership. Their ability to blend creative vision with strategic direction has made them a driving force in developing inclusive, high-impact productions that uplift and unite queer communities.
As the Drag in Demand Vice President and Director for San Diego, Disco Dollie champions artistry, collaboration, and representation—bridging the gap between entertainment and empowerment. Their mission is to create spaces where performers shine, audiences connect, and the legacy of drag continues to evolve with purpose and pride.

Grassroot nonprofits are the heartbeat of the gayborhood. These smaller organizations do vital, on-the-ground work, yet frequently struggle to access the working capital, grants and program funding needed to sustain their impact—and sometimes even to keep their doors open.
The Gaybors Fund is here to help bridge the gap.
